• Account Data: Your name, email address, company name, role, and billing information.
• Usage Data: We record how you interact with Valido, including which dashboards you access, which validation rules you configure, feature usage metrics, and session timestamps.
• Source Metadata: To perform quality checks, Valido queries your connected data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) to read metadata such as table row counts, column data types, and statistical distributions. This is read-only access; raw data is never copied or stored.

We use the collected information to deliver, maintain, and improve our services:

• Service Delivery: Running validation queries, calculating quality scores, and providing real-time anomaly detection alerts.
• Product Improvement: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to refine our AI models, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.
• Communications: Sending transactional emails regarding account status, security alerts, and product updates.

We are committed to protecting your data. We do not sell your personal information.

• Sub-processors: We use third-party cloud providers (such as AWS and Google Cloud) and data connectors to facilitate our services. These entities may have access to your metadata for the limited purpose of processing validation queries.
• Legal Disclosure: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request (such as a subpoena or court order), provided we give you notice of such requests where legally permissible.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for analytics and debugging purposes.
• Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active and for the duration of legal obligations.
• Metadata: Retained for the duration of your subscription.

To request deletion, please contact our support team. Note that some data may be retained in backup copies for legal compliance.
